Participants who are not accommodated in the congress hotel or who have not arranged their accommodation with the congress organisation secretariat will be charged an external participation fee for 3 days (between 08:00-18:00) in addition to the registration fee. The external participation fee includes coffee breaks, lunches and the use of open catering service areas within the programme for 3 days (during 1-5 December 2025) between 08:00-18:00 on the days of the scientific programme.

- After 15 September 2025, congress registrations cannot be cancelled. However, name changes can be made.
- All participants and company representatives are required to register and the above registration fees include access to the scientific sessions, a congress bag and a congress abstract book.
